The staff was very nice and really kind, always on hand. the location is marvelous and decent, not too far away from Parque Juan Carlos I. It is set right by the metro, the city center, and other parts of Madrid, including the Wanda Metropolitano, in the lovely area.

The hotel room was new-fashioned and airy with a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience, refrig bar plus a good bed. Location: the property was close enough to Alcala de Henares and the free airport. Tried some nice meals at Restaurante Goteron, located very close to the hotel...

The staff was very kind and nice and responsive to what we asked for. the location of the hotel was suburban, close to Alcala de Henares, bus stop and metro station, just a 3-minute walk. - Luckily it was close to Granier, had pastries there when it was really hot outside.

The gym was well equipped, and I appreciated that they offered lactose-free milk at breakfast. Although the location may not be ideal for tourists, the neighborhood has affordable and acceptable restaurants. Overall I had a comfortable stay and would recommend Sercotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in a suburban area near a metro station. I liked that our Wheelchair Accessible room had comfortable beds and a nice bathroom ready for us upon arrival.

The guest room had all the essentials and good facilities. the location was decent, near the new Athletico Madrid stadium and easily accessible to restaurants and transportation to the airport.
